Here is a complete Cordania falcata from the Devonian of Oklahoma. This specimen was found by Steve Hess in 1998. The trilobite is very inflated and exhibits fine detail. Although the bug is curled, both free cheeks are intact, which is unusual. Under magnification, the extremely small granules can be seen on the cephalon of the trilobite. The individual thoracic segments are quite evident, and the pygidium is present and enrolled. The beautiful cream-colored bug contrasts nicely with the lighter-colored matrix. The fossil is well displayed on a large, natural block of limestone. This is a nice specimen of Cordania falcata with both genal spines free-standing. (The trilobite is MUCH better than the photo shows!)
