This is a fantastic Cambrian trilobite. It is Hamatolenus (Hamatolenus) vincenti from the Cambrian of Morocco. This is a rare type of Cambrian trilobite. This trilobite exhibits very fine detail - the furrowed glabella is easily seen, and the individual thoracic segments are clearly defined. The free cheeks are present, which is extremely unusual for this type. But the real eye-catching feature of this bug is its long pleural and genal spines. And if that's not enough, this is a split pair - the counterpart is also present (not pictured, but included for free). This is a textbook example of this extremely unusual Cambrian trilobite.
