Here is a nice association fossil. This is a fine Greenops barberi and an Eldredgeops head from the Devonian of New York. The Greenops trilobite is complete and extremely detailed. The broad genal spines are easily seen, and the pygidial lappets are all intact. The thick-shelled trilobite has great color and contrast and is well presented on the natural block of shale that also includes an Eldredgeops cephalon. This is a thick-shelled example of Greenops from the famous Penn-Dixie Quarry.

This fossil was collected and obtained legally, and is also being sold legally.
