This is a classic Bumastus ioxus from the Rochester Shale of New York. This trilobite is very 3-dimensional, very prone, and nicely articulated. The dark trilobite contrasts beautifully with the light grey matrix. The bug is nicely presented on the large plate of shale. This is a nice example of this famous Silurian trilobite.
