This is a very nice specimen of Cyphaspis carrolli from the Devonian of Oklahoma. The trilobite has zero restoration and has been prepared with the thoracic spine free-standing. The genal spines and thoracic spine are so small and delicate that they are translucent. The trilobite has great detail. The bulbous glabella is highly pustulose and the stalked eyes are readily visible. The color of the trilobite contrasts well with the surrounding matrix. A brachiopod is present on the same plate as an added feature. This is a very unique trilobite and brachiopod association plate from the Devonian of Oklahoma.
