This is a rare trilobite. It is a complete Cephalopyge notabilis (Eodiscid) Trilobite from the Cambrian of Morocco. These layers produce the large Paradoxidies and Cambropallas trilobites, but Agnostids from these layers are much rarer. This specimen is fully inflated and wonderfully articulated. The orange color is fully natural and quite striking. The trilobite is well showcased on the large plate of shale. This is an extremely fine example of this elusive trilobite from Morocco.
