Here is a genuine Cambropallas telesto from the Cambrian of Morocco. This type is one of the most faked or reconstructed trilobites from Morocco, but this is not one of these ''bondo bugs''. This very large trilobite is wonderfully complete and superbly articulated. Both free cheeks are intact and tightly attached. The trilobite is extremely 3-dimensionally preserved - the distinct spines on the axial lobe are easily seen. Even the tiny pygidium is intact and nicely displayed. The trilobite has wonderful natural color and contrasts beautifully with the greyish-green matrix. The bug is aesthetically displayed on the large, natural plate of limestone. This is one of the coolest REAL examples of this trilobite that we have seen from the rare limestone beds.
