This is a spectacular plate of Russian trilobites. There are two stalk-eyed Asaphus (Neoasaphus) kowalewskii and one Asaphus (Neoasaphus) cornutus on the same piece of matrix. The trilobites are a rich caramel-brown color on a light-colored limestone matrix. The contrast is terrific. All three trilobites are very well preserved and show nice detail. This is a beautiful display plate of Russian trilobites.
