This is a fabulous Elrathia kingi from the Middle Cambrian of Utah. Specimens of this trilobite were drilled by Native Americans for adornment purposes and have been found hundreds of miles away from the site. This fine trilobite is complete and nicely articulated. Both free cheeks are present and tightly attached. The specimen has been mostly extracted from the surrounding rock. And at 1.6 inches long, it is a very large example to be this nice. This is a large, top quality example of the classic trilobite, Elrathia kingi.
