This is an extremely rare multiple plate of Mississippian trilobites. These are Comptonaspis swallowi and Ameropiltonia lauradanae from the Mississippian of Missouri. There is one LARGE, prone Comptonaspis swallowi, three complete, prone Ameropiltonia lauradanae, and two enrolled Ameropiltonia lauradanae - SIX trilobites in all!. The bugs are very well preserved - the brown color of the trilobites contrasts wonderfully with the light-colored matrix. The trilobites are well showcased on the large limestone plate. This is an extremely rare, one-of-a-kind plate of SIX highly uncommon trilobites from the Mississippian.
