This is a very fine specimen of Cyphaspis tafilaltense from the Devonian of Morocco. The trilobite is extremely inflated and positioned nicely on the matrix block. The trilobite exhibits good detail. The bulbous glabella is covered with pustules. The thoracic spine and both genal spines have been prepared free-standing at a rakish angle. This is a very displayable specimen of Cyphaspis from Morocco.
