This is a rare trilobite. It is an unusual species of Odontochile from Morocco. This type has pustules and nodes covering the entire exoskeleton of the trilobite. The compound eye facets are excellent and the genal spines and tailspine are free-standing. And it has been prepared so that it looks like it is flying! The is a beautifully prepared example of this rare ornate trilobite.
