Here is a fabulous, complete Flexicalymene retrorsa from the Ordovician of Ohio. This beautiful trilobite is very inflated and slightly curled. The bug has both free cheeks, very nice articulation, and exhibits fine detail. This bug has wonderful, thick exoskeleton of a brownish color that contrasts very well with the light grey matrix. The trilobite is nicely composited on the large plate of shale. This is an excellent specimen of Flexicalymene retrorsa from Ohio.
