This is a rare double specimen of Lonchodomas suriensis from the Ordovician of Argentina. The trilobites are complete and very well preserved. The smaller trilobite is tiny, and is an early juvenile stage. The bugs are nicely showcased on the natural matrix plate that also contains a Graptolite on the right side of the plate. This is a very nice double example of a rare Ordovician trilobite from Argentina. Note: Argentina has now banned the export of all fossils. We will strictly abide by and enforce this law - we will not acquire new fossils from Argentina. However, this fossil was collected and exported prior to this law, and can be sold legally.
