Here is a fabulous pair of trilobites from the Middle Cambrian of Utah. These are beautiful examples of Elrathia kingi and Peronopsis interstricta. This specimen was recently acquired from the famous DeRosear Collection. Both of these trilobites are natural to the plate - no compositing or addition of trilobites has been done to this specimen. Both trilobites are extremely detailed and well displayed. The red color of the trilobites contrasts beautifully with the oval plate of pinkish matrix. This is a top quality specimen of large Elrathia trilobite from the DeRosear Collection.
