Here is a genuine Cambropallas telesto from the Cambrian of Morocco. This type is one of the most faked or reconstructed trilobites from Morocco. However, there is no mistaking the authenticity of this specimen, as both the part and counterpart are present. This large specimen is wonderfully articulated and exhibits very fine detail - the broad, sweeping genal spines are clearly defined, the distinct ridges on the middle lobe of the thorax are quite evident, and even the tiny pygidium is intact. The bug has nice natural coloration and contrasts strikingly with the greyish matrix. And even the counterpart of this bug is present - what a split pair! This is a very collectible specimen of a real Cambropallas from Morocco.
