This is very nice spiny trilobite. It is a complete Kettneraspis williamsi from Oklahoma. This specimen was found by Steve Hess in 1998. This trilobite is prone and has both free cheeks intact. The large eyes are fully intact, which is quite unusual. The fringes of the free cheeks are also seen, and one genal spine has been prepared free-standing. The bug is well showcased on the sculpted block of limestone. This is a very fine specimen of Kettneraspis williamsi from Oklahoma.
