This is a very nice spiny trilobite. It is a Ceratarges Type "A" from Morocco. This type differes from Type "B" in that it has two occipital spines and a vertical spine on the tail. As you can tell, this specimen was prepared in the EXTINCTIONS Prep Lab. It has two free-standing "horns", two free-standing stalked eyes, two free-standing occipital spines, and a free-standing vertical tailspine! The matrix is even beautifully sculpted. This is a very good example of this very spiny trilobite.
