This is an extremely displayable multiple plate of trilobites from the Devonian of Morocco. There are SIX complete and partial Gerastos granulosus on this block of limestone. All of the trilobites are natural to the plate - none have been composited. The bugs are 3-dimensionally preserved and exhibit very fine detail. The bugs have their free cheeks intact and are tightly articulated. All of the trilobites are outstretched and rightside-up, which is extremely unusual. The trilobites have excellent color and contrast and are beautifully showcased on the large, sculpted block of dense limestone. This is a beautiful multiple plate of these classic Moroccan trilobites captured in a feeding frenzy.
