This is a very unusual trilobite. It is a Calymene tuberculata from Gotland, Sweden. This classic European locality is under water - trilobite finds are extremely rare. This complete specimen is almost fully outstretched - 99% of these trilobites ever found have been enrolled. The bug has a natural chocolate-brown exoskeleton - beautiful! And it hasn't really been prepared fully - more can be exposed! This is a fine example of a very rare Silurian trilobite from Sweden.
