This is a fabulous specimen of Pseudolenus ourikaensis from the Cambrian of Morocco. This inflated trilobite is complete with both free cheeks intact and tightly attached, which is highly unusual. The bug exhibits very fine detail - the crescent-shaped eyes are easily seen, and the individual thoracic segments are clearly defined. The large trilobite has gorgeous, natural orangish coloration that contrasts beautifully with the greyish-green matrix. And this is a rare split pair fossil - both complete halves of the trilobite are present. This is a very collectible example of this uncommon Cambrian trilobite.
