This is a fabulous Cambropallas telesto from the Cambrian of Morocco. This type is one of the most faked or reconstructed trilobites from Morocco. This specimen was acquired from the Sam Stubbs Collection and has no reconstruction. Both part and most of the counterpart of the trilobite are present, although the counterpart is not pictured. The trilobite is wonderfully articulated - both free cheeks and tiny tail are real and tightly attached. The crescent-shaped eyes are nicely displayed. The trilobite has a natural, dark orange color that contrasts well with the greyish-green matrix. The bug is beautifully centered on the squared plate of matrix. This is a spectacular Cambropallas from the Stubbs Collection.
