This is a nice ventrally-prepared trilobite. It is a large Chotecops from Germany. This trilobite was prepared from the underside. It shows the segments and eye facets very well. It is from the famous roofing slate quarry in Bundenbach. It is a good example of a trilobite from this classic locality.
