This is one of the rarest trilobites in Oklahoma. It is a complete example of the elusive ''Bug X'' Acanthopyge (Lobopyge) consanguinea from Coal County, Oklahoma. This trilobite was found and prepared YEARS ago by Bob Carroll. The bug is outstretched and nicely articulated. The pustulose exoskeleton is beautifully preserved. The bulbous glabella is extremely inflated, and the eyes are easily seen. The trilobite is wonderfully showcased on a sculpted block of marlstone. This is a very nice specimen of one of the most sought-after trilobites in Oklahoma.
