Here is a fine example of Greenops boothi from the Devonian of New York. This specimen was found YEARS ago, and just now prepared. This 3-dimensional trilobite is wonderfully articulated and exhibits very good detail. The pygidial lappets are beautifully displayed, and the tips of the broad genal spines are free-standing. The ''classic crawling pose'' of the trilobite makes for an interesting presentation. The off-white bug contrasts nicely with the gray matrix. The trilobite is well displayed on the semi-rectangular plate of matrix. This is a delightful specimen of Greenops from the famous Alden site.
