This is a classic US trilobite. It is a complete Phacops rana rana from New York State. This specimen is extremely inflated nicely outstretched on the natural matrix piece. The compound eye facets are very easily seen. And there is even a rare blastoid (Devonoblastus) near the head of the trilobite. This is a very rare association of a Phacops trilobite and Devonoblastus blastoid from New York.
