Here is an excellent Encrinurus-type trilobite that is now being called Encrinuroides enshiensis. This specimen comes from the Lower Silurian of China. This inflated bug is wonderfully prone and very well articulated. The trilobite exhibits extremely fine detail - the entire carapace is covered with large pustules, especially the cephalic area. This bug has great color and contrasts nicely with the light-colored matrix. The fossil is well showcased on the somewhat triangular plate of shale. This is a great specimen of this highly detailed trilobite from China.
