Here is an excellent Flexicalymene retrorsa from the Ordovician of Ohio. This complete trilobite is inflated and almost perfectly prone. The fossil has very nice articulation and exhibits fine detail. Both free cheeks are present and tightly attached. This bug has wonderful, thick exoskeleton of a brownish color that contrasts very well with the blue-grey matrix. This is a fine specimen of Flexicalymene retrorsa from Ohio.
