This is a rare Lower Cambrian fossil. It is an Olenellus gilberti and Tuzoia Phyllocarid from Nevada. The Olenellus is excellent, with the tailspine intact. The Tuzoia has great red color and very nice detail. Tuzoia are very rare in the Lower Cambrian, and are also found in the Burgess Shale. And to top it off, this fossil is a part/counterpart split pair. This is a very collectible Lower Cambrian fossil plate.
