This is a rare specimen of Asaphellus sp. from the Ordovician of Argentina. The trilobite is outstretched and very well preserved. This specimen is inflated and has great natural color. The bug is nicely showcased on the natural matrix plate. This is a very nice example of this rare Ordovician trilobite from Argentina.

Note: Argentina has now banned the export of all fossils. We will strictly abide by and enforce this law - we will not acquire new fossils from Argentina. However, this fossil was collected and exported prior to this law, and can be sold legally.
