This is an extremely large European trilobite. It is a beautiful Neseuretus tristani from Portugal. This specimen is just huge - almost six inches long! The natural matrix plate is also over 12 inches long - wow! The striking color is fully natural, and the detail is excellent - even long process (snout) on the head is preserved. This is not only a very collectible trilobite, this is one of the largest, most displayable European trilobites we've ever had.

This fossil was collected and obtained legally, and is also being sold legally.
