Here is an unusual trilobite from the Ordovician of Morocco. This unidentified Dalmanitid is nicely inflated and extremely prone. It is wonderfully articulated and exhibits fine detail. The individual thoracic segments are easily seen and the short, triangular, cephalic process is quite evident. The fossil has beautiful orange coloration and shows great contrast with the tannish matrix. It is well presented on the semi-rectangular plate. This is a very good example of this unidentified (and perhaps undescribed) trilobite from the Ordovician.
