This is an excellent Modocia trilobite double. It is a beautiful pair of Modocia brevispina from the ''Elrathia Beds'' of Utah. These trilobites are wonderfully articulated - the free cheeks are intact and tightly attached, and even the small pygidia are present. The oval-shaped trilobites exhibit very fine detail. The bugs are nicely inflated and display beautifully on the large matrix plate. This is easily one of the finest doubles of this type of trilobite ever found.
