This is an incredibly rare trilobite multiple. It is a large plate of Nankinolithus sp. from the Ordovician Beds of Morocco. This slab has two complete specimens and two partials, the most examples of this Trinucleid trilobite we have seen on one plate. The pitted fringes in front of the trilobites are very broad and extremely detailed. The red-orange coloration of these bugs makes them very aesthetic and quite striking. The trilobites are beautifully centered on the large block of matrix - fully natural, no compositing. This is an extremely unusual multiple example of these unique Ordovician trilobites from Morocco.
