This is an extremely unusual trilobite. It is a strange unidentified trilobite from Utah. This type looks like the standard Modocia-Elrathia-Bolaspidella bugs, but look again - this trilobite has two extremely long axial spines emanating from the sixth and seventh segments! The other segments have small axial spines, but nothing like these! The spines extend to the end of the tail - we have never seen any bug quite like this. It is a very weird spiny trilobite from the ''Elrathia Layers'' of Utah.
