This is an excellent double specimen of Brachyaspidion microps, acquired from the DeRosear Collection. The trilobites have very fine detail preserved, although one is better than the other. The unusual cephalons and pointed pleuron tips are nicely displayed. The trilobites have great color and contrast, and are wonderfully showcased on the compact slab of shale. This is a very unusual double Brachyaspidion, formerly a part of the DeRosear Collection (Number 71).
