This is a fine British trilobite. It is a large Ogygiocarella angustissima from the United Kingdom. This outstretched trilobite is wonderfully articulated and exhibits superb detail. Both free cheeks are intact and tightly attached, which is somewhat unusual for this particular type of trilobite. The flaring genal spines are beautifully displayed, which is even more unusual. The bug has good color and contrast and is nicely centered on the large plate of matrix. This is a very collectible example of Ogygiocarella angustissima from Wales.
