This is an awesome Canadian trilobite. It is a beautiful Leviceraurus mammilloides from Ontario, Canada. We acquired this stunning specimen from a major trilobite collection. The trilobite is wonderfully articulated and very inflated for this type. The thick shell exoskeleton is amazingly well-preserved, and the chocolate-brown coloration of the bug is fully natural. The trilobite is almost perfectly centered on the rectangular matrix block. This is a super display piece - a fabulous example of this elusive type of Ceraurus from Canada.
