This is an unusual trilobite from England. It is a Placoparia cambriensis cambriensis from the Shropshire beds. This specimen is complete and beautifully articulated. The outstretched bug has very fine detail preserved. The trilobite has excellent natural coloration, sort of a silvery-grey. The trilobite is very inflated and 3-D for this type. This is a great example of this uncommon European trilobite.
