Here is a ''genuine'' Cambropallas telesto from the Cambrian of Morocco. This type is one of the most faked or reconstructed trilobites from Morocco. However, there is no mistaking the authenticity of this specimen, as both the part and counterpart are present. This inflated specimen is wonderfully articulated and exhibits very fine detail. The broad, sweeping genal spines are clearly defined, and the crescent-shaped eyes are easily seen. The distinct ridges on the middle lobe of the thorax are quite evident, and even the tiny pygidium is intact. The bug has outstanding, natural coloration and contrasts strikingly with the grayish matrix. The trilobite is well centered on the natural-edged plates of shale, that also contains a partial specimen of another type of trilobite. And even the counterpart of this bug is almost perfectly intact - what a split pair! This is a very collectible specimen of a ''real'' Cambropallas from Morocco.
