Here is a nice trilobite from South America. This is a very large specimen of Jujuyaspis keideli from the Ordovician of Argentina. This outstretched trilobite is complete and wonderfully articulated. Both free cheeks are present (which is unusual) and tightly attached. The trilobite exhibits fine detail. The individual thoracic segments are well defined, and even the tiny pygidium is intact. The fossil is well presented on the natural piece of matrix. This is a very displayable specimen of Jujuyaspis from Argentina.
