This is an excellent double specimen of Paraszechuanella sp. from the Ordovician of China. Both trilobites are complete and wonderfully articulated. All of the free cheeks are present and tightly attached, which is somewhat unusual. The bugs are somewhat inflated and well preserved in an outstretched position. The fine detail of the trilobites is easily seen. The sharply-pointed genal spines are clearly defined, and the individual thoracic segments are quite evident. The trilobites have good color and contrast and are beautifully presented on the rectangular plate of matrix. This is a great example of two Paraszechuanella preserved together forever.
