Here is a very good specimen of Flexicalymene granulosa from the Ordovician of Canada. This complete trilobite is almost perfectly prone and well articulated. Both free cheeks are present and tightly attached. The bug exhibits fine detail - even the tiny granulations on the glabella are quite evident. The trilobite has great, natural color and contrast and is almost perfectly centered on the somewhat rectangular block of limestone. This is a nice example of an outstretched Flexicalymene granulosa from the Cobourg Formation.
