This is a great specimen of Ductina vietnamica from the Devonian of China. This trilobite was recently acquired from the DeRosear Collection. This trilobite is quite large for the type and wonderfully articulated. It is very 3-dimensional and well preserved in the outstretched position. The bug has excellent, natural color and contrast and is nicely presented on the somewhat rounded plate of matrix. This is a very ''clean and crisp'' example of Ductina from China.
