This is a nice Morocconites trilobite, named after the country in which it was found. This specimen is complete and nicely articulated. The "unicorn" spine on the head is LONG and fully natural. The small compound eyes have nearly all of the facets intact - very unusual for this type. And the matrix has even been lightened around the trilobite for better display. This is a top quality example of this single-spined trilobite.
