This is an unusual Upper Cambrian trilobite. It is a very nice Labiostria westropi from British Columbia, Canada. This type of trilobite has long pleural spines and a small fan-tail. These features are wonderfully displayed on this specimen. This trilobite is complete with both free cheeks intact and tightly attached. The bug has great color and contrast and is well centered on the concretionary matrix. This is a fine example of this Upper Cambrian trilobite.
