This is a very rare U.S. trilobite. It is a Ditomopyge parvulus from the Pennsylvanian of Oklahoma. As most trilobite collectors know, Pennsylvanian trilobites are extremely difficult to obtain. This specimen is complete and nicely arched. It is wonderfully articulated and exhibits fine detail. Both free cheeks are present and tightly attached which is quite unusual. This is an excellent example of a complete Ditomopyge from the Coal Age.
