Here is a very nice specimen of Onnia superba from the Ordovician of Morocco. This Trinucleid trilobite is wonderfully articulated and exhibits fine detail. The large, bulbous glabella is easily seen and the EXTREMELY LONG genal spines are beautifully displayed. The individual thoracic segments are clearly defined and the wide, triangular pygidium is intact. The fossil has excellent color and contrast and is well presented on the sculpted plate of matrix. This is a very aesthetic specimen of Onnia superba from Morocco.
