Here is a very nice multiple plate of Agnostid trilobites. These are Perenopsis interstrictus from the Cambrian of Utah. There are many specimens of Perenopsis on the slab. They are all natural to the plate - no specimens have been added. There are over a dozen complete specimens and many partials on the pictured side of the plate. In addition, the reverse side of the plate (not pictured) contains at least ten complete specimens and many partials. The dark color of the trilobites contrasts nicely with the pinkish-tan matrix. The trilobites are randomly scattered across the surface of the large, natural plate of shale. This is an excellent slab of Agnistid trilobites from the Wheeler Formation.
