Here is a nice specimen of Bolaspidella housensis from the Cambrian of Utah. This complete trilobite is wonderfully articulated and exhibits fine detail. Both free cheeks are present and tightly attached. The small eyes of this bug are easily seen and the flaring genal spines are quite evident. The black trilobite contrasts nicely with the gray matrix. It is almost perfectly centered on the somewhat squared plate of shale. This is a fine specimen of Bolaspidella from the Wheeler Shale.
